WHO AM I? I am Carla Jannette—
a spiritual teacher, medicine woman, embodiment facilitator, integration specialist, entrepreneur, and lifelong student of the sacred.
For more than thirteen years, I have guided women through healing, spiritual transformation, embodied leadership, ceremonial practice, and the creation of soul-led lives and businesses.
My work bridges worlds that are often kept separate:
Psychology and spirituality.
The body and the soul.
Ancient teachings and modern leadership.
Sacred devotion and material prosperity.
Ceremony and everyday life.
I believe our deepest healing happens when we remember that the medicine is not something outside of us.
It is already living within the body, the heart, the voice, the creativity,
and the truth of who we are.
My role is not to give another woman her power or identity.
It is to create spaces in which she can remember, embody, and responsibly share what has always lived within her.
WHY I CREATED THE JAGUAR PATH
I did not arrive here through one training, one lineage,
or one moment of awakening.
My path has unfolded through more than a decade of study, initiation, entrepreneurship, devotion, and lived experience.
I began with a degree in Clinical Psychology, searching for a deeper understanding of self healing and human transformation.
That search eventually carried me beyond the academic world—to yoga training in India, shamanic yoga in Guatemala, Reiki, Tantra, chakra psychology, ceremonial practice, and years of learning through the intelligence of the body.
Since 2017, my path has taken me into direct relationship with
Mayan spiritual guides, Shipibo teachers in the Peruvian jungle, Indigenous communities of the Amazon, Mexica elders through Moon Dance and temazcal, and Q’ero teachings through which I was initiated as a Pampamisayoc.
But the deepest initiations did not come from collecting credentials.
They came through learning how to integrate what I had received.
How to return from ceremony and live the teachings.
How to transform pain into purpose without building an identity around my wounds.
How to remain devoted to the sacred while creating a prosperous business in the modern world.
How to become visible without performing.
How to hold power without losing humility.
How to trust my medicine—and accept the responsibility of sharing it.
I have had to walk through the same thresholds
I now help other women cross:
The fear of being fully seen.
The uncertainty of claiming my voice.
The tension between sacred service and receiving money.
The challenge of honoring both spiritual devotion

The responsibility of carrying teachings across cultures with reverence and discernment.

It is the mentorship I wish had existed when I was learning how to bring my spiritual path, leadership, relationships, creativity, and business into one coherent life.
I do not teach this work because I believe I have finished becoming.
I teach it because I have devoted my life to the path—and because I know how to walk beside another woman while she learns to trust the medicine already living within her.
I am not here to give you my identity.
I am here to help you embody your own.

WHAT IS A MEDICINE WOMAN FORMATION?
Jaguar Woman is a year-long journey through personal embodiment, sacred practice, facilitation foundations, feminine leadership, creativity, business and spiritual stewardship.
Rather than treating the Medicine Woman as an identity someone gives you, we explore what it means to develop the practices, discernment, responsibility and embodiment required to responsibly carry your own medicine into your life and service.
IS JAGUAR WOMAN A CERTIFICATION?
No.
Jaguar Woman is a formation and training, not a professional, clinical or therapeutic certification.
Our emphasis is on embodiment and coherence rather than credentials alone.
The training you receive is intended to deepen your personal practice and foundations for facilitation; it does not replace professional licensure or regulated training where those are required.
DO I NEED TO IDENTIFY AS A MEDICINE WOMAN?
No.
You may identify as an entrepreneur, artist, healer, coach, facilitator, leader, teacher, practitioner—or simply a woman who knows there is something meaningful she is here to carry.
You do not need to adopt a particular spiritual identity to belong here.
DO I NEED PREVIOUS FACILITATION EXPERIENCE?

We begin with foundations.
Women with existing experience can deepen their practice, while women newer to facilitation can begin developing foundational skills, discernment and an understanding of the responsibility involved in holding transformational spaces.
IS PLANT MEDICINE REQUIRED?

Plant medicine participation is completely optional and is not required to complete Jaguar Woman.

Carla Jannette Gonzalez-Guerra is a Spiritual Teacher, Coach, Plant Medicine Facilitator and Integration Specialist, passionate about helping her clients step into their greatest timeline of joy, prosperity, service, union and pleasure.
Her mission is to bridge the world of Yoga, Tantra, Chakra Psychology, Shamanism, Plant Medicine*, Sacred Business Strategy and Divine Feminine Spirituality.
Some of Carla’s merits include having a bachelors degree in Clinical Psychology from UCSD (2011); receiving her 200HR YTT yoga teacher training in India in 2013; becoming a Reiki Level 1, 2, & 3 Master Practitioner from 2015 - 2017; getting her 300HR YTT in Shamanic Yoga in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala in 2016, and most recently, becoming a THETA Healing Practitioner in 2023. All while being a soul-led Divine Feminine Entrepreneur and spiritual business owner.
She has been sharing and spreading the medicine of Cacao and Kambo since 2017. Since 2017 she has trained under Mayan Spiritual Guides in Guatemala. She has also dieted extensively in the jungle with the Shipibos, has visited the Huni Kuin and Yawanawa tribes in the Amazon of Peru and Brazil, studying the Plant Medicine Path of Ayahuasca. She has been given permission by her Shipibo Maestros to share and facilitate plant and earth medicines.
Carla recently also completed her 4th year of Moon Dance in Mexico, where she learned the art guiding sacred sweat lodges, known as temazcal, under the guidance of her Mexica elders and teachers in the Red Road; and most recently becoming a Theta Healing Practitioner and an initiated Earth Priestess - Pampamisayoc by the Queros of Peru in 2023.
Carla believes that true healing can only come from one's own personal will and sheer desire. She believes that everyone has the ability to transform their lives and truly heal themselves if they set their mind, heart and soul to it.
For this reason, she is passionate about teaching others how to heal and empower themselves using the power of intention, the body's natural intelligence, and intuitive energy healing. After traveling the world, Carla’s passion for the healing arts and earth based spirituality has led her to develop an intuitive energy healing school and training program that teaches practitioners how to awaken their intuitive gifts for accessing more Spiritual and Material Health, Wealth & Abundance.
In order to create true change in the world, it is important that the New Earth leaders and healers reclaim and embody the principles of sacred devotion, integrity, and financial wealth. The age of the starving artist and healer is over. Sacred service that does not honor both the provider and receiver's energy is old paradigm.

After running her spiritual business for over 8 years, Carla is excited to teach what she has learned about operating a magnetic and successful soul-led business.
