Together we will experience the best of what these sacred Mayan lands have to offer. From exploring the Art of Cacao, to Ecstatic Dance, Kirtan, Medicine Music, Authentic Relating, Embodiment, and Sacred Ceremony, this retreat offers you an opportunity for deeper connection to your soul, community, and of course, lots of Cacao Bliss.
What is Sacred Embodiment?
Together we will explore what it means to live in ritual ceremony and sacred embodiment - in deep connection to our bodies, the land, our community, our purpose
and the Divine.
Imagine a trip where each day you wake up to a picturesque lake with volcanoes in the background, yoga, sacred ceremony, delicious cacao, ecstatic dance, song circles, plant medicine journeys; and local tours with indigenous teachers, artists and facilitators.

During this retreat, we will visit the local towns around Lake Atitlan, exploring local cuisine, Ecstatic Dance, Kirtan, a local Cacao Farm, native bird sanctuary, and local Mayan Medicine Ceremony.
Learn about Mayan Cosmology and the Sacred Tzolkin Calendar, and discover how this ancient future tool can empower you and connect you to more of your soul's magic.
If you decide you want to join us for the pilgrimage extension, there will be an opportunity to travel to Chichicastengango, to visit the best artisanal markets, and Mayan medicine men in Guatemala. And if you decide to stay for part 3, you will have the opportunity to visit the Ancient Mayan Temple of Tikal and more.
Every day we will practice yoga together, and explore different themes around the Elemental Medicine Wheel, and the Mayan Calendar for bringing more harmony to our body, the Earth, and our life.
